SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS

 WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

 1. UK DELIVERIES

  •  We use Royal Mail for UK

  • For standard delivery, we aim to process your order and dispatch within 24 hrs (Monday- Friday). Orders placed at the weekend will be posted out on Monday. No orders are processed Saturday and Sunday but will be processed first thing Monday.

  • You will recieve a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

  • Any Product including glitter products are classified by the Royal Mail as large letter, or small parcel, and incur a standard shipping charge of £2.50-£5.00, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • We give the option of 1st and 2nd class postage. These are NOT TRACKED.

  • We recommend tracked delivery option. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not tracked once they leave our depot and are in transit.

  • In order to track your deliveries choose 'tracked and signed' option (this costs more, but this way you have traceability and peace of mind). We can then issue you your tracking number. FRIDAY tracked and signed orders must be made before 2pm. If ordered after 2pm order will not be posted till Monday.

  • Royal Mail 1st class and Tracked/Signed services take 1-2 working days. Royal Mail 2nd class service takes 2-5 working days. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example, due to poor weather conditions, postal and train strikes, or public holiday periods.

  • If you do not recieve your order within 7 working days from confirmation of dispatch, please email our Customer Care Adviser (jane.ogden@glitter-palace.com) with your name and order number. If your order were to get lost in transit, we have to wait 25 working days before initiating an enquiry on your behalf with Royal Mail. We cannot give an immediate refund with lost items. We have to wait for the outcome of an enquiry to be resolved with Royal Mail, and they agree to a full refund.

  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect input of shipping address, please ensure to enter and check your shipping address.

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
    •  We ship to all countries worldwide via Royal Mail on a Standard Non-Tracked service.

    • Our aim is to process your order and dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If your order is placed before 12pm then your order will be in the queue to be processed that day. If you do not place your order before 12 pm it will be processed the next working day.

    • You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

    • Any Product including glitter products are classified by the Royal Mail as large letter, or small parcel, and incur a Standard International Shipping charge for Europe £4.50-£8.00, depending on weight and dimensions of your order. Rest of World £5.50-£11.50 dependant on weight, dimensions, and destination.

    • Europe International Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days once dispatched but can take as long as 15-20 days if delayed due to the postal services worldwide, bad weather, or public holidays. Please wait 20 days before emailing us.

    • Rest of World International Standard Delivery takes 5-20 working days (but usually is as few as 5-7 working days). Please wait 20 days before emailing us.

    • We recommend tracked delivery option on ALL international deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not tracked once they leave our depot and are in transit. We cannot refund items lost in the postal system that are not tracked.

    • International Tracked and Signed Service costs more but gives compensation of up to £50 for lost items.

    • When ordering goods from our site for deliveries overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches its destination. We take no responsibility for these charges. There may be limitations to items, or value of order that can be sent to you, this can vary from one country to another, therefore we cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned to us by customs. We ask you to contact your local customs office for additional information.

    • If you do not recieve your order within 20 working days from the date of dispatch, please do email us (jane.ogden@glitter-palace.com) with your name and order number.

    3. RETURNS

    • Your satisfaction is a matter of the utmost importance to us. We will do our best to take care of your needs fairly and promptly.

    • If your item(s) are damaged, defective or we made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, within 30 days of order purchase.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in resalable condition. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are non-returnable.

    • Please note that in the event of a return due to no fault of our own, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

    • If you ordered an item incorrectly, changed your mind about the product, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, resalable item less the shipping costs.

    • Sale items are non-returnable.

    • Email us at jane.ogden@glitter-palace.com to book your return. Please provide your details, order number, item details and quantities you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.

    • We will give you a returns shipping address. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Do not write on the product packaging. Write your order number on the outside of the returns shipping package.

    • Send the item(s) to the return address using your preferred shipping method. We suggest using a carrier that provides proof of delivery and tracking, as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.

    • We do not offer exchanges. You must return an unwanted item and then reorder any new ones.

     4. REFUNDS

    • Once your return is recieved and inspected and has been approved, we will send you an email notifying you of this process and the outcome.

    • Once approved a refund will be applied to your account or to the credit card, method of payment used for the purchase. Your refund will be issued as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 days for this process.

    • If you ordered an item incorrectly, changed your mind about the product, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, resalable item less the shipping costs.

    • Late or missing refunds please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is shown. There is often a processing time with all refund methods.If you've done all this and still not recieved your refund, please contact us at jane.ogden@glitter-palace.com

    • Sale items are non-refundable.
